Ryan Rose Estates was founded by Chris O’Donnell, a San Diego-based estate manager with more than 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private residences, and high-touch personal service.
With a professional background that includes fine dining, private-chef services, estate operations, real estate, and the management of multiple luxury residences, Chris understands both the technical and personal sides of caring for an exceptional home.
His approach is hands-on, responsive, and built around accountability. Chris remains personally involved in each property, developing trusted relationships with homeowners, household staff, vendors, and contractors while ensuring that every detail is handled with care.
Chris lives locally in Coastal San Diego with his wife, two daughters, and two standard poodles. His knowledge of the community, extensive professional network, and genuine passion for service allow Ryan Rose Estates to offer a highly personal alternative to traditional estate management.
